Refunds & Cancellation

Order Cancellation:

If a customer wishes to cancel an order and no longer requires writing service, the following rules apply.

  • No writer assigned yet

If a customer requests to cancel their order prior to being assigned a writer, they are entitled to receive full compensation. The payment made by the customer will be refunded and credited back to their account on the website or to their designated bank account.

When the writer is assigned for writing service:

The customer can’t cancel the order once a writer has been assigned to the order.

When the order is being canceled or delayed, the funds deposited by the customer will be added to the client’s account balance on the website and is not refundable.

Late Delivery:

In case of a delay, the customer is entitled to claim Time Delivery Difference Compensation, which will be calculated based on the initial deadline and the duration of the delay. However, compensation for late delivery cannot be provided in the following cases:

·        If the delay is caused by any actions taken by the customer, such as delayed payment, delayed submission of required materials, or delayed response to our questions.

·        If the customer receives the product late due to any issues at their end, such as problems with their internet connection, browser issues, or system failures.

Quality Issues:

Late Delivery:

·        Customers can claim Time Delivery Difference Compensation if there is a delay, which will be calculated based on the initial deadline and the duration of the delay.

·        Compensation for late delivery cannot be provided if the delay is caused by the customer or due to issues at their end, such as internet or system failures.

Quality Issues:

·        The Quality Assurance Team will investigate and calculate compensation for unsatisfied customers based on the percentage of mistakes in the paper.

·        Compensation requests will not be valid if customers are seeking it due to a bad grade or submitting the draft created by the company directly.

·        A valid Turnitin report is required if the customer claims that the paper is plagiarized; no other report will be accepted for investigation.

Refund Processing:

Refunds:

·        After receiving the refund confirmation, the company will process the request within seven days.

·        The company is not responsible for any Bank Transfer fee, transfer issues, or delay caused by Bank service issues.

·        Refunds will only be made through the original mode of payment.

Subscription and Recurring Payments:

·        The service does not offer subscription offers or packages.

·        The service does not require or provide recurring payments.

·        There are no subscription or periodic payment packages available.

30 Days Money Back Guarantee:

Our money-back guarantee policy provides the customer with the right to request a full reimbursement in any of the following cases:

  • The company fails to deliver the paper on time and as per the specified requirements.
  • If the customer is dissatisfied with the work delivered, they have the right to request a refund. They can do so by contacting the support team via phone or live chat to discuss the issue.
